Meet The Team
At Marshalls, everyone works together as a team, from the fitters to the drivers through the managers to the proprietor. For instance, when we are looking to buy a new vehicle, we will consult with the people who will drive that vehicle to see what they require, this input will be taken into consideration before making a purchase, our uniforms were discussed with the drivers before placing an order to see what they would want to wear and so on. The Management Team is made up of the people you see in the photograph, they are (from left to right): Kenneth Tagg, Operations Director: Kenneth joined Marshalls in 1998 as the Office Manager and succeeded to the post of Operations Manager in 2001. He mainly looks after the day to day logistics of ensuring that vehicles and drivers are in the right place at the right time and ensuring that all passengers get the quality of service we aim to provide. Jayne Bramley, Revenue Protection Officer: Jayne joined the company in 2007 on a part time basis. Jayne Also looks after our personnel and the training requirements for all our staff. Sally Sloan, Financial Director: Sally joined Marshalls in 2001 on a part time basis to look after the accounts of the business, overseeing every penny earned and spent! John Marshall, Managing Director: John was the founder of the business in 1989 and has guided the business into becoming the successful operation it is today. For many years he was the main driver but now spends his time in the office overseeing the running of the company. Charlie Marshall, Office Manager: Charlie joined us in January 2009, she is responsible for the holiday and day brochures, the marketing & publicity and the general running of the office. Paul Marshall, Engineering Director: Paul is in charge of looking after our fleet of vehicles and making sure that we always have enough vehicles to fulfil our requirements on a daily basis. He and his team undertake all types of engineering work from routine checking to full mechanical overhauls.
